ADMISSION
Participants are kindly requested to wear their badge during all congress activities to be admitted to the scientific sessions and all the areas of the congress.
Lost badges will be replaced against the payment of a handling fee of €60,00 (local VAT included) and upon proof of original registration.
Please note that children are not allowed in the Congress area.

A cloakroom is at participants’ disposal at their charge, with the following opening hours:

LANGUAGE
The official language of the Meeting is English. Simultaneous translation will not be provided.
LUNCHES
Congress admitted participants are entitled to receive a box lunch on June 24, 25 and 26, 2023. Box lunches are served upon presentation of the related daily coupon, that each delegate receives along with the badge.
The 32nd European Meeting on Hypertension and Cardiovascular Protection supports the project Siticibo promoted by Fondazione Banco Alimentare Onlus, a non-profit organization that collects fresh left-over/exceeding food to be delivered to the needy.

In the occasion of the upcoming meeting in Milan, we will act to reduce the amount of printed paper to use less water, conserve energy, help preserve adult trees and contribute to reducing the global CO2 emission.
For this reason, the Scientific Progamme will be available only in digital version. No printed version will be provided. You can download it from the official event website or find it on the event APP ESH Annual Meetings!

CERTIFICATES
Certificates of attendance can be downloaded and sent by email from the registration totems at the congress secretariat, starting from June 25.
E-POSTER
A Digital Poster Area will be set up at the Congress venue, with electronic stations where all E-posters can be browsed throughout the Congress.
E-POSTER SESSIONS
Some selected research will be discussed by their authors.
E-Poster Sessions will be moderated by experts in the field and senior scientists with the aim of offering a rewarding scientific experience to young investigators.

ABSTRACT BOOK
Accepted abstracts are published in the supplement of the Journal of Hypertension, available in the virtual congress bag, on esh2023.eu, and on eshonline.org.
MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
Participants in need of medical assistance should contact the Info Point located at level 0 of the congress venue: an ambulance with a medical equipe is located at the rear entrance of the MiCo.
NO-SMOKING
Smoking in the Meeting area is not allowed.
MOBILE PHONES
Delegates are kindly requested to set their mobile phones on silent mode in the Rooms where scientific sessions are being held.
PROGRAMME CHANGES
The organizers cannot assume liability for any changes in the programme due to external or unforeseen circumstances. Please check the website or the official APP for regular updates. The organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, relocate, or change any of the sessions or to add new sessions.
UNEXPECTED CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT OR IMPOSSIBILITY TO HOLD IT
In the unlikely case that the ESH 2023 Meeting cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of any government, etc) the Congress Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as registration fee, transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.
INSURANCE
Congress organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries or for loss of or damage to property belonging to congress participants, either during or as a result of the Congress. Therefore, please check the validity of your own insurance.
